What is free, the annual option, and how refunds work.

DOCK2BILL has no trial and asks for no card. It is free until the first load bills clean — all the documents in and legible, packet produced. After that the account needs a plan, and nothing already in it is lost.

Monthly and annual are always offered side by side. Annual costs ten months instead of twelve. It is an option, never the only way to buy.

Within 30 days of a payment we refund that payment in full, and your access ends the same day. After 30 days there is no refund: your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.

If a payment fails we retry and email you before anything stops working.
