Getting your data out

It is yours, and you can take it.

Write to support and ask for an export. You get your data in a plain format — CSV for the lists, PDF for the documents you generated.

We answer within one business day and the export itself takes at most a couple of days.

Closing your account deletes your content within 90 days, except records we are required to keep for accounting.
