What the AI does — and what it never does

Where a reading is proposed, and where a human always decides.

Parts of the product read a photo, a recording or a message and propose something. That proposal is never acted on by itself.

DOCK2BILL reads the load number on a delivery document and whether it can be made out. A document that is unreadable, belongs to another load or cannot be matched to one is flagged for you — it does not count toward the packet until you settle it.

From a rate confirmation it fills in only the terms that are empty on the load; what your office typed wins. A value outside the plausible range, or read without confidence, is not applied — it goes to review with the number that was read.
