• The driver taps and uploads. One text with a link for that load. He taps “I’m here” and “Leaving now” at each stop and photographs the paperwork. No app, no account.
• Checked before you bill. Missing, unreadable and wrong-load documents are caught before the packet goes out, against what each customer requires.
• Bill the load and the wait. The billing packet, plus a detention or TONU invoice worked out from the times and your rate confirmation — proof attached, followed up if it goes unpaid.
