How the commission works
- 1. Your referral link is in your partner account. A carrier that signs up within 90 days of opening it is recorded to you — if they opened more than one partner’s link, the first one counts.
- 2. Commission starts with the carrier’s first payment to us. There is no sign-up bonus — you earn when they pay.
- 3. It is worked out on what we actually receive, after the payment processor’s fee and sales tax, not on the list price. A refund or chargeback takes back the commission on it.
- 4. It stays yours for as long as the carrier pays us, even if they later work with another dispatcher.
- 5. On Pro, the monthly fee comes out of your commission first; if the commission does not cover it, you pay the difference by card. We ask for a W-9 (or a W-8BEN outside the US) before the first payout.
What one carrier is worth to you
Per carrier, per month, at list price. The real figure lands a little lower, because the commission is worked out after the processor’s fee and sales tax.

What we ask
- · No unsolicited texts or bulk email to carriers. US law (TCPA) fines per message, and one complaint can shut texting down for everyone.
- · Do not promise anything the product does not do. If in doubt, ask us.
- · Tell your carriers you earn a commission. It is the law in the US, and it is decent.
- · Do not bid on the DOCK2BILL name in paid search.
