Refund policy

Last updated October 2026

The short version

  • No trial, no card. You pay only after the first load bills clean. If you never get there, you never pay.
  • Within 30 days of a payment. Cancel and we refund that payment in full, tax included — monthly or annual, and the charge for switching plans too. If you made more than one payment in the last 30 days, each one is refunded in full. The refund ends your access the same day — you are not paying for it any more.
  • After 30 days. Cancel any time. There is no refund: your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.

These rules are ours, and they are more generous than our reseller's. Consumer law in your country may give you more — for example a statutory right to withdraw within the first days — and that always wins over anything written here.

How to get one

Cancel from the plan page inside the product. If you paid in the last 30 days, the refund is requested the moment you cancel — there is nothing else to fill in. It is issued by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, back to the card you paid with, and usually lands within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Sales tax comes back with it: Paddle collects the tax with the payment and returns it with the refund, so you get back exactly what you paid.

If you cannot get into the product, write to fabio@dock2bill.com from the email on the account, and we cancel and refund the same way.

Chargebacks

If you open a dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, we suspend the account while it is investigated. It is not a punishment — the payment provider requires it. If a charge looks wrong, write to us first: we would rather sort it out than have you dispute it with your card company.
